Background

Tom Bowers, principal of Human Asset Investments LLC 
worked his way through college (LaSalle U, Industrial  Relations)
while advancing with his Philadelphia phone company employer.							
								
He continued his education at Cornell U (ILR) pursuing an MS in
Human Resource Studies.
						
Tom's professional career started in telecommunications with
assignments in plant HR, production supervision and management
training.

He then joined a leading Chicago financial services firm (CNA) 
where he served as management development manager as well
a  regional personnel director.

Tom later headed the corporate management & organization
development staff of a national industrial distributor  (Grainger) before
continuing in that role for a global consumer product manufacturer (Amway).
